WHAT INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ORDER?
We personalize the keepsake bundle with the following information: baby’s name, birth date, weight and length. Additional announcements are available to say “It’s a girl” or “It’s a boy.” If you are making a reservation for a future arrival, all we need to know is the week of arrival and the color of the stork you would like to reserve.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?
We strongly encourage reserving a sign in advance for the big day. We receive orders 24/7, so contact us whenever you’re ready.
WHEN CAN WE EXPECT STORK DELIVERY?
We often perform same day or next day delivery. However, with proper notice, we guarantee stork delivery within 24 hours, no later than 48 hours after order confirmation. Delivery is available 7 days a week and our goal is to have the stork set up before mom and baby get home!

Maryland Stork Lady provides stork yard signs for new and expectant parents in the Howard County, MD and surrounding area. This includes Howard, and parts of Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, Montgomery, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Harford and Carroll. With the help of our affiliate partner, Valley Stork Lady, we are now able to offer services in the Northern Virginia Area.
IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?
Maryland Stork Lady will deliver within a 15 mile radius of the 21043 zip code for FREE. Areas outside of our coverage area may be subject to a delivery fee. Not in your area, call us anyway. We will do our best to help you locate someone.

WHERE IS THE STORK PLACED?
We use our best judgment regarding sign placement to ensure optimal visibility. If there is a specific spot you would like for the sign to be placed, please notify us when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
HOW DO BABY SHOWER STORKS WORK?
When celebrating the mommy-to-be, our baby shower stork sign is a celebratory and unique way to greet your guests or to add to your décor. Stork price include a one day rental with sign announcing “Baby Shower Here.” Or, personalize the bundle for an additional $10.00 and give to the parents as a memorable keepsake gift.
Example signs: “Welcome to (mom’s name) Baby Shower” or “Showering (mom’s name) with Love”

WHAT ARE GRANDPARENT STORKS?
Grandparents deserve recognition too! Our grandparent stork sign will give grandparents the opportunity to announce to friends and neighbors that they are now proud grandparents. Bundles can be customized to state “Proud Grandparents of (baby’s name), “It’s a grandson”, or “It’s a granddaughter” along with the new arrivals first and middle name. Signs are rented for 5 or 7 days. Discounts available if purchased with a newborn stork rental.
WHAT ARE SIBLING SIGNS?
Kids love seeing their names on their own sign and it makes them special too. We offer Proud Big Brother or Sister sibling stars placed next to the stork. Make the new sibling feel extra special by announcing their new role as big brother or sister! Sibling Stars are given as a keepsake along with the personalized stork bundle.
DO YOU OFFER GIFTS WITH THE STORK?
Yes, we currently offer diaper cakes. Since our diaper cakes are thoughtfully crafted for each order, ribbon and garnishing may vary. Cakes are created with the following:
* 3 tier cake
* Constructed with usable diapers
* Pink, blue or yellow ribbon
* 65-70 diapers
* Diaper brand: Huggies or Pampers
* size (up to 14)
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE STORK GETS DAMAGED
Our signs are durable, however if you notice any damage to the stork please notify us immediately. They are not designed to endure children climbing on them so please keep your child from doing so. We are not responsible for any injuries due to children playing on the stork. Use caution while mowing the lawn or weed trimming.
CAN I CHANGE THE LOCATION OF THE STORK?
Please do not move or remove the sign as damage may occur. If you would like the sign removed, please call us at (410) 963-2174 and we will make arrangements to pick it up as soon as possible.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Personalized products can’t be returned for a refund. If an error is made on our behalf, we will gladly correct your order. If you make an error on your order, we can normally replace your order at a discount. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct any errors.
